Release package Services - November 2021 – Flowscape AB

Main features in this release include:

FlowPlanner where you can see what day your colleagues are coming into the office (available to purchase)
Automatic check-in using the desk dongle
Desk is changing name to “Spaces” in all clients to also include parking and lockers
Book spaces (desk, lockers and parking) between any house during the day
Book meeting rooms in the future directly on the map on both Webapp and Mobile apps
New equipment types for spaces including parking, electrical parking, and locker

Note 1: From this release, the visibility setting will no longer affect the visibility of a person when they have booked or docked a desk. All desk bookings will show the name of the person who has booked the desk, even if they have the setting to invisible. Bluetooth positioning will still be hidden if user has set themselves as invisible.
Note 2: If you have enabled email send-outs when booking desks for check-in and/or information email you might need to update the minute before the booking starts since the user can now select the starting time themselves. Before the update, the starting time was midnight.

Note 3: The default capacity of a building will be 0, you can easily edit this under Company Structure, "Edit Building" in the portal

Booked desks are no longer released when undocking using the desk dongle
Desks that are docked without the users having linked account are now shown as red instead of yellow
We can now store presence data for a non-bookable desk with a dongle.
Building can now have the attribute "capacity"
Improved searching and sorting in admin portal
Visibility no longer affects the desk booking
Improved tracing on what device is used to login into the system
Fixed issue where it was sometimes possible to book multiple desks even if the setting was disabled
Support for showing profile picture from active directory
Fixed issue where it was not possible to change the desk configuration in the portal from bookable to non-bookable room without restart of services.
Fixed issue where the desk was not updated on the map when you changed from blocked to bookable and vise versa.
Fixed issue where the push notification did not always work if the user had a device token for multiple devices.
Fixed issue where the user name did not update in the database if the user's name was changed in the AD.
Update Postgres database connection to use modern HikariCP instead of old C3P0 library
Fixed issue where check-in for room did not work for users who had not logged in to the Flowscape system.

Added FlowPlanner to Webapp where user can see who has planned to come into the office and select office attendance
Time selectors for desk and room booking have been added so it is possible to book room or desk any time during the day.
