Add more Equipment types in the Portal for Assets
Users of the Flowscape Portal can now add their own equipment types for assets.To add a new equipment type, go to the ‘Equipment’ menu in the Flowscape portal.
Click on the ‘+’ icon and choose the name, description and icon for your equipment.
When you’re ready, click on the ‘Create’ button and the new equipment type will be visible in the list.
Show User Skills on Map
This feature allows you to attribute specific skills to users. There are three types of skills: Fire warden, First Aid, and IT Support. These skills are visible next to the user’s name on the map.
To add skills, navigate to ‘Users’ in the menu and click on a user. This will open the ‘User Edit menu’.
Select the skills you want to add from the ‘Skills’ dropdown menu and click on ‘Update’.
Zone names on Map
This feature allows you to have zones without fixed borders on your office map.
To enable this feature, navigate to ‘Floors’ in the menu and select the floor where you want borderless zones. This opens the ‘Update Floor’ menu. Check or uncheck on ‘Enable zone layer/s’.
If the box is unchecked, the zones will appear borderless. If the box is checked the zone borders will be visible.

Updated Color Logic
The color logic for assets on the map have four statuses:
Green – The asset is available
Yellow – The asset is about to be occupied (booked) soon (e.g., if the current time is 13:45 and the asset is booked for 14:00). Read more about this in Asset Configurations.
Red – The asset is currently booked (e.g., if the current time is 14:01 and the asset is booked for 14:00).
Grey – If an asset is grey, it can be either Blocked, Restricted or Offline.

Grace time for Sensors
Grace time for Sensors determines after how long time a sensor indicate presence or activities and the asset becomes available again. This setting is updated on the on the Asset Configuration page. Click on a configuration and enter in minutes the amount of time asset should be “booked”, ex. 10 minutes.
Before a booking starts an asset can become yellow on the map to signal that it will soon be occupied. This time is set under 'Soon to be booked'

Setting for 'Booking on Behalf of' to Bypass Single Space Booking
Ignore Multiple Desk Booking Setting when making Booking on Behalf of others (BoBo). When booking on behalf of someone else, the restriction that limits users to booking only one desk is ignored, allowing multiple desks to be booked.

Added Teams Link in MS Rooms
When you book a meeting room in the Flowscape system, a link is automatically generated in MS Rooms and added to your calendar. You can then use this link to invite other participants.
Always show organiser on Room Panel for Google
When creating bookings in Google, the name of the booker is always displayed for Google users, not the title of the meeting. This applies regardless of whether they choose Private or Public when creating the booking.
Updates in Flowscape Analytics Portal
Under the FlowAnalytics tab in the Flowscape portal the Only Booked category is split into “Booked & Not Used” and “Booked & No Sensor”.
To make the definitions easier to understand a definitions menu is added.
The user can switch between percentage and absolute number of assets on the y-axis.
The average and peak number of assets in the selected date span is presented in the KPI field. In the Asset Overview tab, a graph for the daily total number of assets is added.
