Sneak Peek: What's Coming in 2026.7

We're building the next chapter of Flowscape, and we're excited to give you an early look. 2026.7 brings a brand-new Front Desk Board for the people who keep your meetings running, presence-aware maps that show you where people actually are, and a seamless way to welcome visitors — plus a round of improvements across Workplace Manager, the Workplace app, and FlowAnalytics.

Front Desk Board — command central for your front desk

Front-desk and meeting-services teams juggle a lot: Outlook, room displays, sticky notes, catering spreadsheets. We're giving them one home for it all — right inside Workplace Manager.

• Switch between a Grid view (rooms across, time down), a Schedule view (time across, rooms down), or a clean, filterable List — whichever fits how your team thinks.
• Save your own boards: a reception floor, catered rooms only, whatever your team checks first every morning.
• Drag a booking to a new time or room, lock it to stay in place, or right-click an empty slot to book it on the spot.
• See who's in the room at a glance — organizer, attendees, and a clear signal for recurring meetings, reschedules, and bookings with catering or AV requests attached.
• Every change is staged first and reviewed before it goes live, collisions are caught before you publish, and every publish is logged — so your front desk moves fast without moving carelessly.

Presence-Aware Maps — know where people actually are

Bookings tell you what's supposed to happen. We're adding a layer that shows you what's actually happening.

• A room (and, in time, other assets) will show a live signal the moment someone's really there — booked or not.
• Asset details will simply say Someone here or No one here, backed by live sensor data — no noisy technical readouts, just a clear answer.
• Controlled with a single "Show people presence" setting, on by default, so every team gets this the moment it lands.

Visitor Registration — a warm welcome, built in

We're partnering with Precise Visit to bring visitor registration straight into the Workplace app — so welcoming a guest feels as easy as booking a room.

• Register a visitor, see who's coming, and manage upcoming visits — all without leaving the Workplace app.
• One connection, set up once in Workplace Manager, links your Flowscape tenant to your Precise Visit account.
• Precise Visit stays the system of record for visitor data, so this slots right into how your reception already works. (Requires a Precise Visit account.)

For Developers & Partners — Athena API

• Bookings will carry a clear check-in status, and a new endpoint lets your integration check a booking in — or release it — programmatically. Built for teams automating same-day check-in.

Also in This Release

• Billboard will correctly credit M365 room bookings to their real organizer, instead of showing "Anonymous user."
• Furniture will no longer clutter your asset search results.
• The Outlook room finder will stop surfacing rooms that are blocked for other teams.
• Booking confirmation emails will once again arrive with their calendar (ICS) file attached.
• FlowAnalytics will keep your selected-assets count accurate as you apply filters.
• The Workplace app will stop you from booking an asset in the past, matching the web experience.
• Visibility-setting labels will read the same on the company and office settings pages.
