This page describes what the upcoming 2026.6 release is expected to include. The date above is tentative and may shift.

2026.6 brings Flowscape's own portfolio of sensors, deeper FlowAnalytics dashboard capabilities, fine-grained visibility controls in the Workplace app, and a number of feature-parity improvements that bring the Workplace app fully in line with the legacy apps.

New Sensor Portfolio

Flowscape now offers its own portfolio of sensors and hardware integrations that turn everyday workplace data into decision-ready insight — helping right-size your real-estate portfolio and build a workplace people actually want to be in, without compromising on privacy. Flowscape doesn't manufacture sensors itself, so every device is chosen because it's the best fit for the job.

Desk Sense — Desk occupancy and general use. 5+ years of battery life, no cabling or electrical work.
Desk Sense Connect — Desks with a docking station or monitor. No new hardware needed — it reuses equipment already in place.
Desk Sense Slim — Desks in design-conscious environments. Under 3 mm thin and effectively invisible once mounted.
Room Sense — Meeting-room presence, up to 8 m range. No electrical work required, roughly 4 years of battery life.
People Count / People Count IR — People counting in rooms or zones, using AI or thermal technology. No image ever leaves the device; up to 16 measurement zones.
People Flow / People Flow IR — Entrance and floor footfall counting. Up to 99.8% accuracy, GDPR-compliant, no personal data transmitted.
Climate Sense — Temperature, CO₂, and humidity. E-paper display for employees, up to 10 years of battery life.
Sensor Gateway — Network infrastructure for LoRaWAN sensors. One PoE cable covers a full floor, roughly 1,000 sqm.
Existing video bars from Cisco, Neat, Logitech, and Poly can also be used for people counting — no new hardware or installation required.

Privacy and security are built in: no images ever leave a sensor, data is anonymous at the source, and identity is only activated if you choose to enable it. Sensors use LoRaWAN encryption (AES) or HTTPS/MQTTS, and Flowscape is ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 certified.

FlowAnalytics — Saved Filters & Dashboard Improvements

You can now save a filter configuration and apply it across every FlowAnalytics dashboard, instead of re-setting filters dashboard by dashboard.
Custom dashboards: widget headers can now be resized, widget titles are editable, dashboard widgets support their own local filters, and offices can be grouped by country.
Every analytics chart now has an info icon explaining what it measures, including a new explanation for the "Filtered no-show summary" widget.
Fixed: changing a KPI target now correctly updates the "Potential" graphs.
Fixed: the Advanced desk picker in analytics filters was showing desks from all floors instead of just the selected floor.
Fixed a backend issue affecting custom dashboard search scoping.
Switched the Portfolio Overview map to a new tile provider.
A round of smaller fixes and copy updates across the analytics pages based on final testing feedback (legend behavior, AI insight summary visibility, PDF export scope, KPI trend display, and CO₂/temperature copy).

Fine-Grained User Visibility (New)

Admins get a new Visibility section in company settings (with an optional per-office override) to set a default visibility (Visible/Anonymous), decide whether end users may change it themselves, and define exceptions for specific asset types (e.g., "meeting rooms always show the organizer").
Applies to the Workplace app only. Workplace Manager bookings always continue to show the real owner; room panels and billboards are not covered by these settings.
Anonymous users now show a dedicated anonymous icon on the map in the Workplace app, instead of their initials.

Workplace App — Legacy Parity Improvements

Added push notifications for check-in: you'll now get a notification when your check-in window opens, and tapping it opens the booking straight to the check-in button.
Zone settings are now honoured in the Workplace app: per-weekday zone names, zone color and height, and zone visibility (including opacity-based zone-layer visibility) all now match what's configured in Workplace Manager.
Map labels now resize dynamically and appear earlier as you zoom, so you can find people and rooms without zooming in as far as before.
Added Point of Interest (POI) details on the map: tap a POI to see its name, symbol, office, floor, and any previously reported issues, or report a new one.
Default zoom when locating an asset is now less tight, showing more of the surrounding area.
The map's date picker now shows the day of the week alongside the date.
Past bookings no longer clutter the "My Day" home widget (they're still visible in the calendar).
Fixed: list view items are now properly sorted.
Fixed: assets could show a stale or incorrect availability color on the map after backgrounding the app.

Workplace Manager Improvements

Bulk edits to multiple assets, POIs, or zones are now tracked as a single change instead of one per item.
Bulk-edit confirmation dialogs now show names instead of raw IDs.
Removed a bulk-edit field for External Link URL that could never work correctly (URLs must be unique).
Fixed: updated offices were moving to the bottom of the list instead of staying at the top.
Fixed: long team names were being truncated illegibly.
Fixed: scrolling over the Capacity field no longer accidentally changes its value.
Fixed: the customer name shown in the top-left sometimes displayed the environment name instead.
Fixed a bug in the email template editor where adding a link button would remove the logo.
Replaced a confusing "minimize" icon with a proper close icon for the side panel.
Fixed saving Kiosk Display coordinates when using a comma as the decimal separator.
Bulk-edit selections are now retained across multiple screens instead of only keeping the last one.
Added site/region filters to the Supervision tab.
