Modern Authentication for System Emails
It is now possible to use Modern Authentication (OAuth) for sending system-generated emails, improving security and compliance with Microsoft 365. For more information see Admin Guide/Settings chapter Email Settings.

Organizer Display Issue
Fixed an issue where the organizer changed to Unknown user when extending or shortening a room booking using the room display (applies to rooms bookable in the realm only). -
Inconsistent Display in Filter List
Resolved a problem where some bookings appeared as Booked while others displayed the organizer’s name in the filter list. -
Desk Name Missing
Fixed an issue where it was possible to add or update a desk without providing a name. -
Incorrect Dates in Exported PDF
The exported PDF reports now show the correct dates. -
Book Button for Multiple Desks
Fixed an issue where the Book button did not function correctly when booking multiple desks simultaneously in the web app. -
Qbic Panel Hardware ID
Qbic panels now correctly display their hardware IDs in the room display list in the portal. -
Office 365 Sync Error
Resolved a synchronization issue with Office 365 room calendars that occurred when the organizer’s email address exceeded the maximum supported length. -
Check-in Notifications Timing
Fixed an issue where check-in notifications were sent incorrectly for multi-day bookings spanning from Tuesday to Saturday when Sunday was set as a non-working day. -
General Improvements
