2026.3 Release notes

The 2026.3 update introduces booking flexibility, administrative enhancements, and expanded hardware support.

Linux-Based Kiosk PC

A custom-built Linux-based operating system for kiosk installations improves stability, security, and manageability.

Workplace App Improvements

• Added equipment and capacity filters when browsing assets, and floor-level selection in the asset list and workspace layout.
• Redesigned the booking time picker, including a clearer Book on Behalf Of / Cancel on Behalf Of selection flow, and added the ability to shift dates directly from the time selector.
• Added a visibility toggle in profile settings, and the ability to hide modules your organization doesn't use (issue reporting, Flowplanner) from the app.
• Added in-app feedback, so users can send comments or report problems directly from the app.
• Added Google Sign-In as a login option, alongside existing options.
• Added support for Microsoft Intune App Protection (MAM) on Android and iOS, letting IT enforce mobile app management policies without requiring full device enrollment.
• Fixed bookings failing from the Workplace app when the room had weekly permissions configured.

Map Editor Improvements

Features include a draft/publish workflow, copy and duplicate functions, undo/redo support, floor background images, multi-selection and bulk editing, and custom shapes with configurable height.

System Status Summary

A new overview in the Supervision view highlights system health issues at a glance.

Improved Purpose Changes Handling

Analytics users can choose between "Use Current Purpose" or "Honor Purpose Changes Over Time" when analyzing historical data.

Multiple Sensors Per Asset

Assets can now connect to multiple sensors for more comprehensive monitoring.

Zone Colors Support

Zones can be assigned custom colors to improve wayfinding.

New Integration: Kronox

Integration with the Swedish university scheduling system Kronox enables booking imports and real-time visualization.

QBIC TD-1070 Room Display Support

A new premium room display integration expands hardware compatibility.

Flowscape Assistant (Desktop Client)

• The system tray now shows the name of the currently connected desk when it's identified via a USB dongle or network device.
• The Assistant's configuration can now be managed centrally: on macOS it's read from a system-wide location, falling back to the bundled default if none is present — making it easier for IT to manage configuration without modifying the signed app.
• Added a "Copied!" confirmation when copying a dongle or MAC ID from the tray menu.
• Fixed a crash in the tray menu that could occur when a desk's name wasn't returned in the expected format.

FlowAnalytics — Redesigned Dashboards Underway

We're rolling out a redesigned FlowAnalytics experience with AI-assisted insights across several new dashboards. This is an active, in-progress rollout — look out for dashboards becoming available in upcoming releases as they're finished and verified.

Custom Booking Forms

Organizations can now define custom fields that are captured at the point of booking an asset, integrated directly into the Workplace App booking flow. This initial rollout supports free-text and single/multi-select field types; additional field types (including checkboxes) followed shortly after in 2026.4.
