2026.4 Release notes

2026.4 is a maintenance release focused on fixes and quality-of-life improvements across the Workplace App, Workplace Manager, Analytics, and data import/export tooling.

Workplace App

• Custom Booking Forms now support the full set of originally-planned field types, including checkboxes.
• Added 5 new app languages: German, Spanish, French, Lithuanian, and Norwegian, and the language selector now shows each language's native name.
• Added a feedback entry point on the home screen, building on the in-app feedback introduced in 2026.3.
• Bookings on shared/anonymous devices, live office data updates, and search-after-filter-change reliability were all improved.
• Fixed booking labels ("Save," "Done," "Floor") that weren't translating to Swedish on the booking details screen.
• Fixed some search filters not applying until the results list was scrolled or reloaded (web).
• Fixed an issue where users without Cancel-on-Behalf-Of rights could still cancel other people's bookings.
• Fixed a case where manually releasing a meeting incorrectly showed "Your reservation has already been declined."
• Fixed the inability to submit a new issue report from the iOS app.
• Fixed a pending booking not disappearing from the calendar after being confirmed, attendance not being set correctly for bookings spanning multiple days, and asset search not updating results immediately after changing a filter.

Workplace Manager

• Teams can now be searched for when creating a new office.
• Tables now default to sorting by most recently updated.
• Filters now only surface valid, in-use values.
• Assets and zones can now have height and colour set directly.
• New assets now default to "Active."
• Asset booking is now correctly restricted to bookable assets only.
• Fixed sensor sorting by asset name.
• Renamed "Point of Interest" ID to "Flowscape ID" for consistency.
• Fixed several Map Editor/Map Viewer display issues: duplicated points of interest showing the wrong icon after a refresh, map objects displaying the asset label instead of the name label, editor hotkeys firing while typing in a modal, and rotation values showing for non-rotatable assets.
• Removed the outdated "Version" field from Kiosk Display configuration, and corrected labels on Room Display Config and its export.
• Removed the (deprecated) ability to import sensor providers.
• Fixed inability to add team members by email.
• Fixed inability to delete a description field, and fixed the "Create another…" action.
• Aligned Company Settings/Office Hours with the selected time filter in Analytics.
• Fixed active filters not applying correctly in FlowAnalytics.
• Added backend and Workplace Manager support for Custom Booking Forms with grouped, two-column layouts and forms nested within forms. This lays the groundwork for more advanced form design — the Workplace App itself doesn't yet render these layouts, which is planned for 2026.6.

Data Import/Export

A broad set of fixes to the import/export tooling used for offices, floors, zones, assets, sensors, kiosk displays, room displays, and reported issues, including:

• Corrected several fields that were incorrectly marked mandatory/optional in exports (offices, zones, floors, external links, assets).
• Fixed import failures for new floors, zones, kiosk displays, and room display configurations.
• Added support for UTF-8 characters in Excel import/export.
• Fixed a duplicated "Active" column appearing in room display exports.
• Fixed sorting on Kiosk Display Status, Room Display Status, and Sensor Status.
• Fixed importing asset equipment icons and setting POI position on import.
• Renamed "Building" to "Office" in exports for consistency.
• Blocked importing a site with an invalid country code.
