New Features

Audit Log Added to the Admin Portal

A comprehensive audit log is now available in the Admin Portal, capturing key system activities such as logins, data exports, and configuration changes. This allows administrators to review historical actions more easily, strengthen security oversight, and support compliance requirements.

New Office Metadata Fields

The office object in the Admin Portal has been expanded with four new metadata fields: Office Location, Space Cost, Total Headcount, and Total Area (RBA/GLA). These additions improve office data management and lay the foundation for future cost- and savings-related KPIs in the Analytics Portal.

Integrated Analytics Portal for On-Premise Customers

On-premise customers now have access to a fully integrated Analytics Portal, delivering the same modern and seamless user experience as our cloud offering.

Improved Asset Type Management

Asset type management in the Admin Portal has been enhanced with 12 predefined asset types, while still allowing administrators to create custom asset types as needed. These improvements also prepare the platform for upcoming functionality in the new workplace app.

Two New Reports in the Analytics Portal

Two new table-based reports—Department Table and Behavior Table—are now available, making it easier to export detailed data directly to Excel.

Office Attendance Added to the User Behavior Report

To better support customers who do not use desk booking, Office Attendance data has been added to the User Behavior report, providing a more complete view of workplace presence.

Additional Resources Supported in the Outlook Add-in

The Outlook add-in now supports booking additional resources beyond meeting rooms.

Five New Skills Added

To support additional use cases, we have introduced five new skills:

• Flowscape Admin – Identifies users who provide support for the Flowscape solution.
• Intern – Indicates a person who is new in their role and may require additional guidance.
• Super User – Highlights individuals with specialized expertise who support and assist others in a specific area.
• Team Hero – Recognizes someone who has made an outstanding contribution to the team.
• Consultant – Clearly marks users who are working as consultants.

MS Exchange Integration Password Now Masked

The password field for the MS Exchange integration under Directory and Calendar Integration is now hidden to improve security and protect sensitive configuration data.

Busy Light Status Reporting Improved

Accurate online and offline status reporting for busy lights has been implemented, improving visibility into device availability and system health.

Weekly Asset Permissions Preserved During Bulk Editing

An issue where weekly permissions were reset during bulk asset edits has been resolved.

Time Zone Issues Resolved

Several non-functioning time zones have been fixed. For example, America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires now works correctly.

Persistent Login for Outlook Add-in

Previously, users were required to log in to the Outlook add-in daily. This issue has been resolved, and login sessions are now persistent.
