New Features and Improvements
This release delivers powerful new analytics capabilities, greater flexibility in the booking experience, continued improvements to administration tools, and expanded hardware and integration support. Highlights include custom booking forms, a major expansion of FlowAnalytics, significant Map Editor enhancements, support for multiple sensors per asset, and new integrations including Kronox and the QBIC TD-1070 room panel.
Support for Custom Forms in Bookings
Flowscape now supports custom booking forms, enabling organizations to capture additional information and enforce booking policies directly within the booking workflow.
Administrators can create forms tailored to their specific business processes, ensuring that relevant information is collected whenever users book an asset.
Supported field types include:
- Free text
- Integer
- Date
- Date & Time
- Time
- Single-select list
- Multi-select list
- Checkbox
- Radio button
Each field can be configured as either optional or mandatory, providing full flexibility to meet organizational requirements.
Forms can be created directly within Workplace Manager using the built-in form editor or imported from external definitions. Once configured, forms are automatically presented to users in the Workplace App as part of the booking workflow.
More Analytics Dashboards
Most dashboards previously available in the Portal are now available in FlowAnalytics within Workplace Manager.
The dashboards have been redesigned with an improved user experience, and new AI Insights help users identify trends, uncover opportunities, and take action more effectively.

Linux-Based Kiosk PC
To further enhance the stability, security, and manageability of Flowscape's kiosk solution, we are introducing support for a custom-built Linux-based operating system for kiosk PCs.
The new platform will be available as an upgrade for existing installations, and all new billboards will be delivered with this setup by default.
Workplace App Improvements
We continue to enhance the Workplace App based on customer feedback. This release includes several usability and personalization improvements:
- Additional Office View Filters – New filtering options make it easier to find the right workspace, colleague, or resource.
- Enhanced Skill Visualization – Improved presentation of user skills helps employees identify colleagues with the right expertise more quickly.
- Configurable Modules – Organizations can now hide the Issue Reporting and FlowPlanner modules to better tailor the app experience to their needs.
- Improved Time Picker – A redesigned time picker provides a faster and more intuitive booking experience.
- Visibility Controls in Profile Settings – Users can now manage their visibility preferences directly from their profile page, giving them greater control over how they appear to others in the workplace.
Map Editor Improvements
Following the major redesign released in April, we have continued to enhance the Map Editor with several new features and usability improvements:
- Draft and Publish Workflow – Changes to assets, zones, and points of interest are now saved as drafts and only become visible after being published, giving administrators full control over when updates go live.
- Copy and Duplicate – Quickly duplicate assets and map objects to accelerate map creation and maintenance.
- Undo and Redo – Full undo and redo support across all map object types.
- Floor Background Images – Upload floor plan images to simplify asset placement and improve map accuracy.
- Multi-Selection and Bulk Editing – Select and edit multiple objects simultaneously, significantly reducing the time required for larger updates.
- Custom Shapes and Asset Height – Assign predefined meshes, standard shapes, or custom-drawn shapes to assets, including configurable height values for more detailed floor plan representations.
System Status Summary in Supervision View
A new system status summary has been added to the top of the Supervision view in Workplace Manager.
This provides administrators with an immediate overview of system health and highlights potential issues that may require attention.
Improved Handling of Purpose Changes in Analytics
The Purpose filter in FlowAnalytics has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility when analyzing historical data.
Users can now choose between two modes:
- Use Current Purpose – Treat each asset's current purpose as fixed across the selected date range. This is useful when analyzing historical utilization based on the office layout and asset classification as it exists today.
- Honor Purpose Changes Over Time – Use the purpose assigned to each asset at the time of each booking or sensor reading, providing a historically accurate view when assets have been repurposed.
This enhancement makes it easier to compare current office configurations with historical usage patterns and ensures more accurate reporting over time.
Support for Multiple Sensors on an Asset
Flowscape now supports connecting multiple sensors to a single asset, enabling more comprehensive occupancy and environmental monitoring.
- For occupancy sensors, a single sensor detecting presence is sufficient for the asset to be considered occupied.
- For environmental measurements such as temperature, CO₂, and humidity, values are averaged across all connected sensors.
- For people-counting sensors, detected occupancy is aggregated across all connected devices.
Support for Zone Colors
Many organizations divide their offices into different types of zones, such as Quiet Zones, Active Zones, Semi-Active Zones, and Meeting Zones.
Zones can now be assigned custom colors, making it easier for users to quickly identify and navigate between different workspace types. This improves wayfinding and helps users find workspaces that best match their preferred working environment.
New Integration: Kronox
Flowscape now integrates with Kronox, one of the leading scheduling systems used by Swedish universities.
The integration brings scheduling data directly into Flowscape, enabling seamless booking imports, real-time visualization in the 3D map, and enhanced analytics.
The result is a more connected and transparent view of how campus spaces are planned and used, helping universities optimize resources and improve the student and staff experience.
Support for QBIC TD-1070 Room Panel
Flowscape now supports the QBIC TD-1070, a premium room panel that further expands the Flowscape hardware ecosystem.
The integration combines QBIC's advanced display technology with Flowscape's workplace platform to deliver a seamless and modern room-booking experience.
