In this section you will find all reports related to how different departments use the office.
Department Utilization
In the filter section you can select which Country and Office, Floor, Zone you like to analyze as well as the Date range and Workdays. After the selection the Department list will only contain the departments which has booked a desk in the selected offices and date range.
In the Average Employees in office per workday you will see how many employees per department that in average is in the office per day. To convert this to percentage you need to know how many employees there are in each department. If you know that you can easily export the data to Excel and do that calculation.
In the Number of Employees in office per day you can find the total number employees of in the selected offices and departments per day. If you select one department you can see how many employees from that department that has been in the office every day.
In the Avg Employees per Weekday you see the average number of employees in the selected department that has been in the office for each day a week.
The Flowscape's system look at the desk booking data when calculating if a user has been in the office. If you have not turned on the check in functionality for the desk booking you might over estimate how many employees that has been in the office since you do not know if everyone has showed up.
Department Table
The primary purpose of this dashboard is to enable detailed data export to Excel for further analysis.
In the filter section, you can select the Country, Office, Floor, and Zone to analyze, as well as define the Date Range and Workdays. Based on these selections, the Department Table will include only departments that have booked at least one desk within the selected offices and time period.
The Dimension drop-down allows you to control which columns are included in the table and therefore at which level the data is aggregated. For example, if the Zone column is excluded, the Number of Employees is aggregated at the floor level. If the Zone column is included, the aggregation is instead performed at the zone level.
With the Zone Dimension excluded the table will look like below.
To export the data to Excel follow the instruction to the right.
