“Selected colleagues” is a feature designed to help employees keep track of their teammates to further enhance collaboration in the office. These colleagues will be shown in the calendar card and are easily accessible to browse through when checking office attendance for a specific day.
Add Colleagues to your Selected Colleagues list
You can add colleagues to your selected colleague list by searching for them in the right-side menu. Click on the star to add them.
The automated list only shows employees who are in the office that day. Search for a colleague’s name if you want to add someone who is not currently in the office.
Add Colleagues from the list of colleagues in FlowPlanner
Open the colleagues quick view window by clicking on the information icon in the colleague’s attendance card in FlowPlanner. From the quick view window, you can add the colleague to your selected colleagues list.
Will my selected colleagues list be visible to someone else?
No, your selected colleagues list is private and only visible for you.
