View Colleagues Office Attendance

Location icons

Users who have selected attendance in the same office as you will appear first in the list. Users in another building will have a building icon with a plus sign, while those working remotely will have a house icon next to their profile picture. If someone is off work, a palm tree icon will be displayed.

View Colleagues in FlowPlanner

Click the arrow to the right labeled 'See list' to open the list of colleagues. Choose either 'Selected Colleagues' to view the colleagues you are following or 'Colleagues' to see all employees who have registered attendance or booked a space for the day in your office.

The list displays each colleague's name, their building location, and the desk name if they have one booked. You can also search for specific colleagues within the list.

Clicking on a colleague's name in the list will display their contact card. If they have a desk reserved, that information will also be visible, and you can locate their desk on the map.
